We are a UK business and we answer emails Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you message us at the weekend we will get back to you first thing Monday.

Before you email, the answer might already be on our FAQ page - pot sizing, drainage, delivery times and returns are all covered there. And if you are stuck choosing between two pots, send us a photo of the plant and the spot. We genuinely enjoy that sort of email.
