How do I contact Potty for Plant Pots?
Email hello@pottyforplantpots.co.uk and a real person will reply, usually the same working day. We answer Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and anything sent at the weekend gets a reply first thing Monday. Include your order number if your question is about an existing order.

If you are stuck between two pots, email a photo of the plant and the spot it needs to live in. We will tell you the size and material we would choose, and we genuinely enjoy that sort of email.

How quickly will you reply?

Can you help me choose a pot?
Yes, and we enjoy it. Send a photo of the plant and the spot it needs to live in, and we will tell you the size and material we would use.
I need to change or cancel an order
Email us with your order number as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched we can change or cancel it. Once it is with the courier, the returns process takes over.
Where is my order?
We email tracking as soon as a parcel leaves us. If that has not arrived within 48 working hours of ordering, email us and we will chase it.
Do you have a phone number?
We handle everything by email so there is a written record of what was agreed, which makes orders and returns easier to sort out.
