How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
UK delivery is free on orders over £20 and a flat £5.99 below that. Every order is dispatched within 48 hours on working days, and arrives within 7 days of ordering, dispatch included. We deliver everywhere in the United Kingdom, and large planters carry no surcharge.

How we pack
Pots and couriers have history, so we pack generously. Ceramic and terracotta travel double-wrapped with the rim protected, because that is the part that chips. If something still arrives damaged, we deal with it on a photo alone - there is no need to post a broken pot back to us.
Where we deliver
Everywhere in the United Kingdom, on the same terms. There is no regional surcharge for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the islands, and no separate charge for bulky planters. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

For sizes, small pots start at 6cm and large plant pots run from 26cm up to tree planters. Everything is in all plant pots if you would rather browse the lot.

Email hello@pottyforplantpots.co.uk with your order number and a real person will sort it out, usually the same working day. Every order is also covered by our 100% money-back guarantee.

How much is delivery?
Free on orders over £20, and a flat £5.99 on orders below that. There is one delivery charge per order, however many pots are in it.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on working days and arrive within 7 days of ordering, dispatch included. You will get an email when the parcel is on its way.
Do you charge extra for large planters?
No. Extra large and tree-sized planters ship on exactly the same terms - free over £20, no surcharge appearing at the checkout.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands?
Yes. We deliver everywhere in the United Kingdom on the same terms, with no regional surcharge.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email you as soon as the parcel leaves us, with tracking so you can follow it to the door.
What happens if a pot arrives damaged?
Email us a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund straight away. You will not need to post the damaged pot back to us.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If the order has not been dispatched yet, email us quickly and we will change it. Once it is with the courier we cannot redirect it.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver within the United Kingdom only, so everything on site is priced and shipped on UK terms.
